I had a nice easy relaxing day here at the lake side KOA Fort Collins Colorado. Since I had access to their grill I decided to pick up a steak at the grocery store. I’m sure glad I did because that Prime Rib was awesome! I used Uncle Steve’s Gator Shake to season it, which made it even better. On top of that, there was another beautiful sunset.
